I recently moved to Texas, from Michigan, and had my bike shipped from a UPS Store/Mailboxes, Etc. location. The bike was supposed to arrive on July 14 and as of today, July 27, it has not arrived. When I checked on the order status last Wednesday, I discovered my bike was shipped to Edisto Island, South Carolina. When I contacted the UPS Store the bike was shipped from, they apologized and said they had "mislabled" the package and that it would arrive in 3-4 days. That was July 21 and the bike still has not arrived. I did not pay extra for the insurance that was offered and I am concerned that this will hurt me if I ask for a complete refund (even if the bike arrives). Am I within my rights to do so?...
