I wanted to bet sporting events online, but I am just 18 years old. I have a debit card that I would use, but I have a lot of questions. A. can you bet sports online if you're just 18? B. Would the bank call home or make mention of it via mail or make any contact if they knew a 18 year old was betting? Look, I work at a low paying job, but still make some good cash for someone my age that is in college. I want to have some fun with my own cash and bet on the one thing in life I love the most....sports. I have watched sports since I was in diapers and am very wise at picking games. Of course that means squad, but I am in the state of South Carolina and want to know all the rules and laws legal wise before doing something dumb. I looked at what i've spent money on the past two months: Ipod earphones, Ipod cord for my car, gym membership, gym training, gum, gatorade/powerade, etc. Stupid stuff I can do without out, so if it's legal, I have no problem betting some cash on sports and maybe losing cash that I would have lost on dumb crap anyways....
